Privacy notice
The website intake form securely transmits the information you submit to our private order-notification channel. The public website does not publish your submission.
Information you choose to send
We receive the contact information, listing URL, VIN, vehicle facts, documents, and questions you submit. We use that information only to confirm, research, prepare, deliver, support, and document your requested report.
Intake delivery and retention
Intake submissions are processed by our Vercel-hosted website, stored in private Vercel Blob storage, and delivered to a private Telegram order channel used by Vehicle Report Desk. Private order records and files require authenticated server access and are not published through public Blob URLs. Telegram and Vercel process this information under their own privacy terms. Order records and supporting files are retained only as reasonably needed to fulfill the service, handle support or disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may request deletion, subject to those requirements.
Sensitive information
Do not send unredacted driver licenses, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, financial-account information, or title documents showing personal addresses. Redact personal information before sending vehicle records. The intake form limits attachments to three PDF or image files, one megabyte each.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Vehicle Report Desk does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe receives payment and contact information under its own privacy policy and provides us with transaction details needed to confirm and fulfill the order.
Report delivery
Completed reports may be delivered through Resend, our transactional-email provider. Resend receives the recipient address, message content, and attached report only when an approved report is sent. Delivery identifiers and timestamps may be retained with the private order record to document fulfillment and prevent duplicate sends.
